MSZ96FW is a high-precision, high-speed distance/length measuring wheel (rolling counter) that measures up to 9,999 yards, with an extra red digit showing tenths of a yard.
MSZ96FW has large digits (8.5 mm high) for better visibility, is rated for speeds up to 360 rpm (120 yards per minute), with a reset push button on the left of the display. It may be installed in production or packaging machines to measure fabric, paper, wire, foils, ropes, strings and ribbons, and comes with two identical wheels (one is sufficient in many installations), each precisely manufactured so one revolution equals one foot with high-friction rubber to prevent slip.
Installation: mount a bar that extends to the sides or middle of the moving roll of material and stands about 4 inches above it, using a hinge to secure the counter to the bar.
